1. Overview:

Integrated Circuit Design Research & Education Center (ICDREC) established by Decision No. 42/2005/QĐ/KCNPM on 08 August 2005 of the Director of Viet Nam National University HCMC. ICDREC locates in Viet Nam National University – Information Technology Park (VNU-ITP) at Linh Trung ward, Thu Duc district, HoChiMinh City.

2. Objective: 

To be a leading IC center in Viet Nam for training, research and transferring technology in the IC industry.

  •   Training:

   To be a well-known, reliable center in training and providing human resources for IC industry.

  •   Research:

   Form a group on both fields: digital IC design (including front-end and back-end) and analog IC   design with well research works and articles will be known by national and international scientist.

  •   Transferring technology:
  - Carry out outsourcing contracts with local and foreign business.
  - Carry out transferring technology contracts (IP: intellectual property) for local and foreign organizations.
